I knew I needed surgery and I was getting a second opinion. He was not only friendly but he also explained what my MRI showed clearly to me. He did a reflex test the other doctor I saw did not do. I was so impressed with him overall that I scheduled my neck surgery with him. It went well and it has helped relieve my pain so much.

I was in quite a bit of pain and exhausted from weeks of suffering from herniated disc with nerve compression. He took time to explain my MRI and went over my care plan with a positive attitude and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

I was reluctant at first. I thought this surgery was a big deal and I was going to be putting my life into his hands. Now I'm so happy that I did. He told me exactly what he could do for me, and he did just that.

I chose to walk away from a different surgeon and instead have Dr. Zaidi operate on my spine based off of recommendations from friends in the medical field. Every good thing you hear about him is absolutely true.

The folks here are top notch. Dr Zaidi was amazing. He took his time with me and I know, as a retired RN, he's up there with the best.

Dr Zaidi was extremely kind and compassionate — got an appointment without waiting weeks like most doctors. His office staff are extremely efficient taking care of all the paperwork for my STD and FMLA.

Dr. Zaidi actually listened to me and made eye contact which I feel is important. In short, I did not feel like I was blown off and my issues were important.

He took time to listen to me and he came up with a game plan. He didn't make me feel stupid like other doctors. I finally have hope of some pain relief.

He heard me out and explained in detail what was going on with my spinal issues as he read me my MRI. I left with a plan and feeling confident.

Dr. Zaiti (Zaidi) is the best. I’d had pain for 10 days with no relief from my PCP. He knew exactly what to do. He explained everything in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. I woke up today without pain for the first time in weeks.

He was very professional and effective in addressing my concerns with proven evidence based interventions. He gives very thorough explanations.

He was patient and answered a whole list of questions I had. He also recommended meds to help me cope till surgery and shared pros and cons for it. He walked me thru the procedure and sent lots of documentation home for my understanding.

Very personable. Very matter of fact. Not aggressive with treatment plan; starts slow in order to try all options to avoid surgery.

Had a super sharp pain in my back. As someone who has undergone back surgery before, I was in a panic. Dr. Zaidi worked with me to assuage my fears, prescribed physical therapy and a round of medicine, which worked wonders.

I was pleased that he is trying options before deciding if I need surgery. His office staff is on the ball and called me the next day to set up therapy, an appointment with their pain management doctor, and repeat MRIs.

He's been very knowledgeable, has presented my options clearly, and has been supportive of conservative care.

Dr. Zaidi performed my microdiscectomy on my far lateral herniation. He is very skilled and was so kind before, during, and after my surgery. He is very patient and took time answering all of my questions and never seemed frustrated. Three months post op and I am back to my old self.

After my surgery for a pinched nerve I could barely believe it. The pain was gone and no more tingling in my hands.

I had a bulging disc in my neck. He got me in quickly for an MRI and suggested surgery. His staff set me up for pre-surgery appointments. Same-day surgery went well. Very little scarring and hardly any after surgery pain or discomfort.

Dr. Zaidi was very informative about my dad's neck surgery (C3–C4, no complications). He explained everything before the surgery, had the nurses call me to ensure me that everything went well during the surgery, and he talked to me after the surgery.

Dr. Zaidi and staff were all extremely professional and caring. My outcome from neck surgery has been excellent.
